Starting Pay: $16–$18/hr + frequent overtime
You’ll be part of a crew that works on:
Welding, grinding, and fabrication
Loader buckets, belts, racks, and mechanical repairs
Tool runs, assisting techs, and learning real trade skills
Working on lifts with full OSHA safety training (provided yearly)
What you need:
Comfortable with heights
Able to squeeze into tight spaces
Willing to learn, show up, and work until the job is done
OK with working outdoors unless it’s raining
Able to travel very occasionally (hotel + food covered)
